Privacy and data handling

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains the categories of data TGDock processes, why we process them, how long we may retain them, who may receive them, and how users can make privacy-related requests.

By using TGDock, you agree to the applicable legal documents.

1. Data we collect

Depending on how you use TGDock, we may process account data such as email address, full name, language, timezone, billing metadata, and account-management details.

We may also process authentication, session, and security-related data; operational logs; IP address or device-related events; Telegram-related metadata; imported account or session materials handled through the service; and support or refund communications.

2. Purposes of processing

TGDock processes data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate subscriptions, detect abuse, support imports and workflows, maintain logs and observability, process payments, communicate with users, and comply with legal obligations.

Where required by applicable law, we rely on an appropriate legal basis for processing, which may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, protection against fraud and abuse, or compliance with legal obligations.

3. Sharing and processors

We may share relevant data with service providers and processors that support hosting, infrastructure, authentication, customer support, analytics, security, logging, communications, and payment processing.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to protect TGDock, investigate misuse, respond to lawful requests, enforce our legal documents, or prevent harm.

4. Retention

TGDock retains personal data and operational records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including account administration, service delivery, security, billing, disputes, compliance, and legitimate operational needs.

Retention periods may vary by data category. Some logs, billing records, security events, and abuse-prevention records may be retained after account closure where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

5. Security disclaimer

TGDock uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data, but no system can guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted availability, or immunity from compromise.

You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, local devices, session materials, and any data or accounts that you import into the service.

6. Cross-border transfers

TGDock may process or store data in jurisdictions other than the user's country. If cross-border transfer disclosures or safeguards are required for a particular deployment model or jurisdiction, they will be added before publication or contracting.

7. User rights and requests

Users may submit privacy-related requests, including requests about access, correction, deletion, or other rights that may apply under local law, by contacting info@tgdock.com.

We may request reasonable verification information before acting on a privacy request and may decline, limit, or defer a request where permitted by applicable law.

8. Updates

TGDock may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or product changes. The latest public version will display its last-updated date on this page.
