Operational use rules
User Agreement
This User Agreement describes the operational rules for using TGDock and allocates product-specific risks related to accounts, sessions, contact lists, proxies, third-party platforms, and automation outcomes.
By using TGDock, you agree to the applicable legal documents.
2. Acceptable use restrictions
You may not use TGDock for spam, harassment, fraud, phishing, malware, sanctions evasion, impersonation, illegal content, unlawful scraping, unsolicited outreach that lacks a lawful basis, or other activity that violates law, third-party rules, or these legal documents.
- Do not submit misleading, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful content.
- Do not use the service to evade rate limits, platform bans, compliance restrictions, or abuse controls in bad faith.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the security, stability, monitoring, or access controls of TGDock.
3. Consents and contact lists
You are solely responsible for the legality of your targeting criteria, contact acquisition, imported contact lists, and outreach practices. Where applicable, you must obtain and maintain valid consent, notice, or another lawful basis for collecting, importing, processing, and contacting individuals.
TGDock does not verify the legality of your contact lists, message destinations, or consent records and does not assume responsibility for violations connected to them.
4. Imports, sessions, and proxies
Account imports, session imports, and related conversions are performed at your own risk. TGDock may provide tools to facilitate those flows, but the underlying legality, integrity, and recoverability of imported materials remain your responsibility.
Proxy quality, geography, reputation, compliance status, provider reliability, and legality are also your responsibility. TGDock does not guarantee that any proxy, routing choice, or region selection will be accepted by Telegram or any other third party.
- Warmup, preflight, queueing, retries, pacing, and similar internal controls are safeguards, not guarantees.
- Telegram actions can fail or trigger restrictions even where TGDock executes the requested action correctly.
- Imported accounts, sessions, and proxies may be blocked, degraded, or invalidated by third-party systems without notice.
5. Operational controls and logging
TGDock may log events, monitor usage, rate-limit workflows, queue actions, restrict certain operations, review flagged activity, and preserve records where reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, security, billing integrity, sanctions compliance, incident response, or dispute handling.
Those controls may affect timing, throughput, availability, or execution order. You acknowledge that TGDock may prioritize safety and compliance over speed or completion of a requested workflow.
6. Third-party platform risks
You accept the risk that third-party platforms may reject, throttle, shadow restrict, freeze, flag, ban, or otherwise impair accounts, sessions, messages, joins, imports, or related actions that you operate through TGDock.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TGDock is not responsible for third-party platform outcomes, including account loss, reduced reach, content suppression, action failure, or enforcement decisions made by Telegram or other providers.
7. Enforcement rights
TGDock may suspend, remove, block, or terminate your access without compensation if we reasonably believe that you breached this User Agreement, created legal or operational risk, engaged in abusive billing behavior, or exposed the service or other parties to harm.
We may also refuse future service, disable workflows, or preserve evidence in connection with abuse investigations, provider requests, payment disputes, or security events.
8. Cooperation and records
You agree to cooperate with reasonable requests for information relating to account ownership, contact legality, payment verification, abuse reports, or security incidents when such requests are necessary to operate or protect TGDock or comply with law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TGDock may retain operational and billing records for a reasonable period after suspension or termination.
