Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how TGDock handles refund requests, billing-error review, cancellations, and card disputes for recurring subscriptions and related purchases.
By using TGDock, you agree to the applicable legal documents.
1. Official refund channel
All refund requests must be submitted only to refund@tgdock.com. Messages sent to support, sales, chat, or any other channel do not count as a formal refund request for review purposes.
You agree to contact refund@tgdock.com first before initiating a charge dispute, except where immediate statutory or card-network rights require otherwise.
2. General refund rule
Except where required by applicable law, or where TGDock approves a refund in its sole discretion, payments are non-refundable once the applicable billing period begins and access to the subscription or purchased feature has been made available.
Cancellation prevents future renewal and does not automatically create a right to a refund for the current billing period.
3. Non-refundable items and situations
Except where required by applicable law, TGDock does not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, consumed credits, one-time add-ons, optional service fees, or losses tied to third-party platform actions.
- No refunds for suspended or terminated accounts that were restricted because of breach, abuse, fraud, sanctions issues, or other policy violations.
- No refunds for account bans, rate limits, content suppression, or other third-party platform consequences.
- No refunds merely because a feature, proxy, account, session, or workflow did not produce a desired business outcome.
4. Billing errors and duplicate charges
TGDock may separately review clear billing errors such as duplicate charges, obvious technical mischarges, or charges that materially differ from the price actually disclosed at checkout.
If we determine that a billing error occurred, we may issue an appropriate correction, which may include reversal, refund, credit, or other remediation as reasonably appropriate.
5. Chargebacks and dispute posture
Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension, termination, denial of future service, recovery efforts, and collection of reasonable costs associated with the dispute to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits mandatory card-network rules, non-waivable statutory consumer rights, or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Timing and method
Refund reviews are handled within a reasonable time. TGDock does not promise a guaranteed payout deadline unless such timing is required by applicable law or the payment provider's mandatory processes.
Approved refunds, if any, are generally returned through the original payment method where possible, subject to payment-provider limitations.
