Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the commercial use of TGDock, including subscriptions, billing, feature changes, cancellations, service limitations, and core risk allocation between the customer and the service.

By using TGDock, you agree to the applicable legal documents.

1. Service scope

TGDock is a web-based software service that helps users manage Telegram-related operational workflows, including account and session handling, imports, proxy orchestration, task execution, warmup and preflight controls, queues, logs, and related observability features.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your access to and commercial use of TGDock, together with any applicable order, pricing page, checkout copy, refund rules, privacy disclosures, and the separate User Agreement.

2. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

Paid access is offered on a recurring subscription basis unless we clearly state otherwise near the purchase flow. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed price, billing interval, and renewal cadence until the subscription is canceled.

Fees are charged in the currency presented at checkout. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for taxes, bank commissions, card fees, foreign exchange fees, intermediary deductions, and similar payment friction imposed outside TGDock.

  • Renewal is automatic until canceled.
  • Cancellation stops future renewal and does not retroactively unwind prior access or usage.
  • Access may be suspended for failed payment, fraud review, sanctions screening, billing anomalies, or provider-side processing issues.

3. Pricing, plans, and feature changes

TGDock may change prices, subscription plans, limits, included capacity, product packaging, supported features, or technical requirements. Where applicable, those changes will take effect on a prospective basis after notice through the product, billing flow, email, or another reasonable channel.

We may also modify, replace, limit, or discontinue features, integrations, safeguards, or workflows in order to improve the service, respond to abuse, comply with law, or adapt to third-party platform restrictions.

4. Cancellation, suspension, and termination

You may cancel your subscription using the available online cancellation path or other supported account controls. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires a different outcome.

TGDock may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at its sole discretion where we detect abuse, fraud, sanctions issues, chargeback abuse, platform misuse, unlawful activity, security threats, or breaches of these legal documents.

  • Suspension may be immediate where needed to protect TGDock, users, payment providers, infrastructure, or third-party platforms.
  • Termination for breach does not entitle the user to compensation, credits, or refunds except where required by applicable law.
  • We may preserve account records, logs, billing data, and abuse evidence as reasonably necessary for security, compliance, or dispute handling.

5. Third-party platform risk and no guarantees

TGDock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram or any other third-party platform unless we expressly say so in writing. Your use of third-party accounts, networks, proxies, and communication channels remains subject to those third parties' own rules and technical controls.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TGDock disclaims warranties, representations, and guarantees regarding uptime, availability, uninterrupted operation, deliverability, compatibility, or business outcomes.

  • TGDock does not guarantee message deliverability, chat joins, message visibility, import success, proxy availability, account survival, anti-spam outcomes, or commercial results.
  • Technical correctness of an action does not guarantee that Telegram or another third party will accept, surface, preserve, or continue that action.
  • Third-party bans, freezes, deletions, restrictions, rate limits, shadow restrictions, or related enforcement consequences remain your risk.

6. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the legality of your use of TGDock and for the legality, accuracy, and provenance of the accounts, sessions, contact data, content, links, files, proxies, scripts, and workflows you submit or operate through the service.

You must ensure that your communications, imports, targeting, and automation practices comply with applicable law, consent requirements, sanctions restrictions, consumer protection rules, platform terms, and any other rules that apply to your specific operations.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials, sessions, and imported materials.
  • You must keep billing details current and maintain a valid payment method for recurring charges.
  • You may not use TGDock to engage in spam, harassment, fraud, malware, phishing, impersonation, unlawful scraping, or other prohibited activity.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TGDock and its operators, personnel, contractors, and processors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, loss of data, account restrictions, reputational harm, or substitute service costs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of TGDock arising out of or relating to the service, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, will not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to TGDock for the service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TGDock and its operators, affiliates, personnel, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, penalties, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, and reasonable costs arising out of or related to your content, data sources, imported materials, accounts, sessions, proxies, billing disputes, or your violation of law or these legal documents.

9. Governing law and venue

The final legal operator name, governing law, and venue for TGDock must be completed before publication and are currently shown as placeholders in the publication block on this page.

Until those fields are finalized, these Terms should not be read as offering any specific arbitration scheme, exclusive forum election, or local-law representation beyond what applicable law requires.
