Plans, limits & billing

This guide covers the full journey from checking current access to hosted checkout, automatic status verification, and payment history.

Renewal remains available after expiry

Open https://app.tgdock.com/settings/profile?tab=plans. When access is Expired, sign-in, settings, plans, and payment history remain available so you can renew without creating another account.

Pay for or renew a plan

Plans & Limits shows the current plan, access status and expiry, effective limits, and current resource usage.

For Trial and expired access, the page loads available plans, payment methods, periods, and currencies. The amount comes from the selected TG Dock offer.

Step 01

Open Plans & Limits

Go directly to https://app.tgdock.com/settings/profile?tab=plans.

Step 02

Choose an offer

Select an available payment method, period, and currency. Review the amount before continuing.

Step 03

Continue to payment

Click Continue to payment. TG Dock creates a checkout session and opens the payment provider's hosted page.

Step 04

Wait for confirmation

After returning to TG Dock, the page checks the result automatically. Keep it open until the status becomes final.

Access status after payment

Returning from the provider only means that the browser came back to the application. TG Dock grants access after the backend verifies the payment.

Once payment succeeds, the page refreshes the current plan and removes access restrictions. Failed or expired checkouts remain visible with a clear final status.

  • Active — operational sections are available within plan limits.
  • Expired — operational sections show an access warning, while sign-in, settings, billing, and history remain available.
  • Blocked — self-service checkout is unavailable; contact support.
  • Admin bypass — subscription restrictions do not apply to administrators.

Payment history

The History button opens a dedicated page containing the current user's transactions.

  • Each row shows the plan, transaction ID, date, amount, currency, and status.
  • When the backend provides a failure reason, it appears with the unsuccessful transaction.
  • When a provider redirect link remains available, open the transaction ID to continue an unfinished payment.

Standard Trial limits

Your effective limits are shown on the plan page. The standard Trial defaults are:

  • Up to 1 active account.
  • Up to 2 active proxies.
  • Up to 10 Telegram actions per 24 hours, including pipeline runs.
  • The standard Trial period lasts 3 days from user creation.
